Modern Slavery Act 2015 – Compliance Statement

In accordance with Efuels Technologies’ founding principles and vision, we will treat people respectfully and maintain ethical business standards in all the markets in which we operate. We thrive in creating a culturally diverse work environment and inclusion.
Efuels Technologies team is driving innovation in net zero to unlock more flexibility and reliability of supply in the energy market. We believe the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business is currently low.

Implementation

Our policies and procedures will be reviewed and updated where required during the relevant financial year to comply with the Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking legislation.
We align our work and our business with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 8.7, which seeks to end Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking.
Where Efuels Technologies engages sub-contractors and suppliers of services and equipment to our office, we seek to agree on contractual terms which require compliance with Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking legislation.
We will publish shortly a Business Integrity Code of Practice. This will include actions required to minimise the risk of Modern Slavery in our Business.
We have implemented due diligence screening of our supply chain.
We will continue as an organisation to develop staff training and culture-building processes designed to prevent and root out Modern Slavery and identify concerns when involving the selection and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
